I bet 30 years ago, people were debating whether they could trust a GUI while moving away from CLI. Look at us today, nobody thinks twice about clicking a button to get things done, especially with voice interactions, IoT devices, and automation everywhere.

We’re at that same moment again, just with AI.

The future of work will not look like today. New interfaces will simplify skills that once felt essential, and completely new roles will appear that we probably cannot even name or think of, yet.

At this point, you really have two choices: resist the change or try to understand where you fit into it. Be curious, it is fun.
