Designing a Personal Assistant Using N8N

It has been a while since I started thinking about having a personal assistant I can rely on to support me with some of Pathific’s marketing tasks. After a lot of research, I decided to build it using the n8n platform, which I can host locally on my old mini PC.

So far, I’ve been able to test it and hand over most of Pathific’s marketing tasks to this agent. It now handles market research, keyword research, briefs, content creation (both text and images), publishing, and even email marketing with analytics.

This setup uses a few APIs and webhooks (I tried to keep everything budget-friendly), most of which offer free tiers that are more than enough for my current needs and still deliver great results.
